The large multi-purpose facility COCONO SUSUKINO, located across from the Susukino Crossroads, has been built on the former site of SUSUKINO LAFILER. This new building, with 18 floors above ground and 2 underground, officially opened on November 30, 2023.

Once fully opened, it will house a total of 85 stores. Among these, 14 are commercial facilities opening for the first time, 15 are making their Hokkaido debut, 2 are opening in Sapporo for the first time, 22 are entirely new business formats, and 7 are stores that previously operated in SUSUKINO LAFILER and are reopening in the new building.
