Toyosu's newest landmark, Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai, showcases the best of Japan's hot springs and gourmet cuisine to the world. After more than five years of delays from the original opening date, it finally opened in February 2024. The facility is located next to Toyosu Market, which has been Japan's culinary hub since 2018.
Located next to Toyosu Market, Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai offers a variety of fresh seafood, sushi, and authentic gourmet dishes from across Japan, including local favorites like ramen. The Edomae Market area within the complex captures the atmosphere of the Edo period, adding to the experience.
The facility also features the 24-hour Toyosu Manyo Club, a wellness center where you can enjoy authentic hot springs with water transported daily from Hakone and Yugawara, as well as saunas, stone baths, and body care services. There’s also a hotel and a casual footbath area for relaxation.
With a diverse range of authentic gourmet offerings, including seafood and ramen, Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai is a true treasure trove of Japanese cuisine. Opened February 2024: teamLab Borderless Moves from Odaiba to Azabudai Hills
Epson teamLab Borderless, known as the "museum without a map" due to its boundary-free art, has redefined the concept of art and gained global acclaim as a must-visit attraction. After relocating from its previous location in Odaiba, it has finally reopened at Azabudai Hills.

Opened March 2024: "Immersive Fort Tokyo," the World’s First Immersive Theme Park
"Immersive Fort Tokyo" opens on the former site of VenusFort in Odaiba, Tokyo. This world-first, fully indoor immersive theme park centers around interactive theater performances, offering a completely immersive experience unlike any other.
The park spans approximately 30,000 square meters and features 12 attractions themed around mystery and horror. These include classic stories like "Sherlock Holmes" and "Hansel and Gretel," as well as worlds from popular anime such as "Tokyo Revengers" and "Oshi no Ko." Additionally, there are six retail and dining establishments. While some attractions are available only in Japanese, most are multilingual to accommodate international visitors.
Additionally, on July 19, a new attraction opened based on the world of Alice in Borderland, a popular manga-turned-Netflix series.
