Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is a new landmark in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. This skyscraper towers about 225 meters high, with five basement floors and 48 floors above-ground. It also houses entertainment facilities like movie theaters, theaters, and live music venues, as well as hotels and restaurants.

The entire building is a commercial complex, with attractions including Shinjuku Kabuki Hall Yokocho (a food hall serving soul food from all over Japan), and Namco Tokyo (a must-visit destination for those seeking fun and excitment). There’s also Theater Milano-Za, an immersive stage for theater performances, and Zepp Shinjuku (Tokyo), which stands as the largest live concert hall in Shinjuku.

In addition, visitors can explore other large, cutting-edge facilities, such as 109 Cinemas Premium, a cinema offering an elevated movie-viewing experience, and The Tokyo Matrix, an interactive attraction featuring the latest technology exclusive to the bustling metropolis of Shinjuku. Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo is a walk-through entertainment facility where visitors can experience and enjoy the behind-the-scenes production of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies. This is the second location to open in the world after London, England.

To gain entry, purchase a ticket for your preferred date and time, where the experience unfolds as a guided tour lasting about 3 to 4 hours. The interior of the museum was designed by the same creators who worked on the movie sets, resulting in a faithful reproduction of the worlds seen in the films. One of the features of this tour is its immersiveness, engaging all five senses through its use of various state-of-the-art technologies.

The cafes and restaurants also offer limited-edition menu items inspired by the movies. One can’t-miss spot is the Harry Potter Shop (which is incidentally, the world's largest Harry Potter store), where visitors can find original goods exclusive to this attraction.

The Robot Restaurant, popular for its robot shows since its inception in Kabukicho in 2012, underwent a transformation and reopened in October 2023 under a fresh new concept as the Samurai Restaurant.

Dancers in eye-catching, flamboyant costumes perform Japanese cultural performances, from taiko drumming to portable shrines presentations to samurai shows. The stage comes alive with these magnificent robots, for an eccentric, energetic, and high-impact performance that will whisk guests away on an unforgettable, 3-hour journey!

Due to the cabaret-inspired costumes and staging, admission to the Samurai Restaurant is restricted to adults 18 years and older. The best part is being able to enjoy the show and enjoying a drink while relishing one of their boxed lunches featuring delectable options like sukiyaki or sushi. It’s truly an entertainment restaurant for adults. And while entry and exit are permitted at any time, we highly recommend watching the show from start to finish!

About one-fourth of the Azabudai Hills area is dedicated to lush green spaces, embodying the concept of harmony between nature and people. There are three high-rise buildings which house residences, offices, a hotel, and commercial facilities. There’s also an international school, a center for preventive medicine, and a plaza (Kajuen). The stores and facilities are expansive, boasting around 150 establishments spanning various genres including food, restaurants, fashion, art, and wellness. Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai is a new landmark with hot springs, food, and Japanese charm. After over five years of anticipation, this eagerly awaited spot finally opened its doors in February 2024. It sits right next to Toyosu Market (lovingly dubbed Tokyo’s kitchen), which opened in 2018.

Toyosu Jogai Edomae Ichiba is a dining and entertainment complex adjacent to Toyosu Market, offering fresh marine products and a variety of Japan’s signature gourmet. Epson teamLab Borderless is what they call a "museum without a map,” featuring artworks without boundaries. A number of new pieces have also been added, including the new art project "Bubble Universe," inspired by the theme of "Cognitive Existence. With over 50 artworks that have evolved from previous teamLab exhibits, it offers an unparalleled experience that is nothing short of spectacular. Another of its attractions is that special feeling that each piece is distinct, ensuring no two will ever be alike.

Immersive Fort Tokyo is the world's first fully-indoor immersive theme park, offering a complete sensory experience centered on interactive theater productions (aka, an “immersive theater”).

Spanning approximately 30,000 square meters, this park houses 12 attractions, as well as six shops and eateries, all inspired by themes of mystery and horror, including such classics as Sherlock Holmes and Hansel and Gretel, as well as anime like Tokyo Revengers and Oshi no Ko.

Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa Terrace Harumi Flag is a lifestyle shopping outlet set to open in the Harumi Flag area, formerly the site of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village.

With the vision of a "fresh beginning" in a "new community," the services, amenities, and shops are tailored to support the daily lives of people living in the neighborhood. Nearly 40 new locations are scheduled to open, including Summit Store, one of the largest supermarkets in Tokyo, a fitness gym, a daycare center, a children's space, and a communal area.

Tokyu Plaza Harajuku Harakado is scheduled to open in the Harajuku/Jingumae area, which has become known for its own distinct culture. This complex facility will offer a range of cultural activities, gourmet, shopping, and media experiences.

The theme is “a place to create and experience a new Harajuku culture that stimulates the senses of a diverse body of people.” Based on that, Tokyu Plaza Harajuku Harakado will house a total of 75 shops spread across nine floors, from the basement to the rooftop terrace.

In addition to the dining floor with its variety of cuisines, there’s also a collection of unique shops selling everything from apparel to sundries, including niaulab by ZOZO, which is known as the “first physical store.”Also of note is the new experience of using the large-scale vision and terrace, which capitalizes on its location right in front of the Jingumae intersection.

And believe it or not, the basement is also home to none there than… a public bath! Known as Kosugiyu Harajuku, this bathing facility adds a new dimension to the building, further heightening expectations for the area to emerge as a real hub for Japanese culture in the new era.

The Harajuku/Jingumae area has long been a breeding ground for fashion and cultural trends, shaping movements of the times. And with its prime position at the heart of this dynamic district, Harakado is sure to attract ample attention from both domestic and international visitors alike!

Fantasy Springs is an exciting new themed port set to debut at Tokyo DisneySea®, featuring three beloved worlds from Disney: Ana and the Snow Queen, Rapunzel’s Tower, and Peter Pan. It will also offer a host of attractions and restaurants designed to fully immerse visitors in the magical realms of these stories.

Although the full picture has yet to be revealed, various events are underway as part of the countdown to their grand opening. As the most extensive expansion of Tokyo DisneySea® since its inception, this addition will increase the park's total area to its largest extent yet, unveiling an even grander realm of dreams and enchantment.

Shibuya Sakura Stage is an upcoming facility set to bring together a variety of functions, including office, commercial, educational, cultural, and residential spaces, situated in the Sakuragaoka area adjacent to Shibuya.

The objective is to cultivate and propagate cutting-edge trends and culture by leveraging the distinctive attributes of this area, steeped in local culture. It will include next-generation event space, Bloom Gate, cultural experience venues, interactive spaces fostering engagement, and hubs for innovative technology and creators.

It serves as a spot where one can experience the blend of cultures synonymous with Shibuya firsthand, distinguishing itself from conventional commercial facilities centered on shopping and dining. With the completion of Shibuya Sakura Stage, we can anticipate to see a new, even more evolved face of Shibuya.

SHIBUYA AXSH is a multifaceted complex comprising restaurants, retail, and offices, strategically situated in the middle of Aoyama and Shibuya.

The lower floors will house commercial amenities, including a wellness-themed restaurant and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment.
