Osaka’s Kansai International Airport is the traveler’s gateway to the Osaka area. Because it acts as a hub airport, it’s filled with travelers who are on their way to other parts of Japan, or on their way out of Japan.
That being the case, sometimes your flight is in the early morning or late night, meaning you can’t transfer immediately, or even on the same day. When that happens, you want to spend some hours in relaxing spots at the airport. They’re filled with services to help you pass time!
1. KIX Refresh Square: All sorts of booths to relax in
There are two types of booths available at KIX Refresh Square: One with a soft recliner you can lay back in, and another that consists of a soft mat you can lay on. The mat booth is particularly nice if you want to take a nap.
There are also group rooms that can accommodate two or more, perfect for groups and families.
The booths at KIX Refresh Square also have plugs available, so get your charging done here! They also offer free Wi-Fi and free drink service, so you can spend your time in comfort.
