Explore 6 Immersive Zones: From the Skies Above to the Deep Sea
The facility is divided into six themed zones, each with its own natural setting and ecological story to explore.
Zone 1: Seasonal Colors in Motion

Set across a vast plateau, this zone showcases the changing colors of Japan’s four seasons. From spring blossoms to winter snow, it captures the rhythm of nature and the cycle of life.
Zone 2: Dive to Blue

One of the most striking highlights of the facility, this zone features one of Japan’s largest permanent LED immersive tunnels, measuring 5 meters wide and 4 meters high. Visitors experience the sensation of diving from above the ocean surface into a deep blue world, surrounded by swirling schools of sardines and glowing jellyfish in a fully immersive 360-degree environment.
Zone 3: The Camouflage Forest

Step into a mysterious forest and put your observation skills to the test. This area highlights the remarkable camouflage abilities of various species, revealing the hidden wonders of survival in nature.
Zone 4: Touch the Darkness, Dance with Light

Set within a cave-like environment, this zone explores species that thrive in low-light conditions. Subtle shifts of light and shadow create an atmospheric experience where darkness and illumination blend into a surreal visual display.
Zone 5: Dancing Across the Open Sky

Transitioning to lakes and vast open skies, this zone lets visitors experience the world from a bird’s perspective. Glide above the landscape and enjoy the sense of freedom that comes with soaring through the clouds.
Zone 6: Into the Wonder
As the final zone, this space blends natural elements with modern urban scenery, creating a layered and unexpected conclusion to the journey.
Around 70 imaginative creatures appear throughout the experience, all illustrated by internationally recognized creature designer Ryo Yamamura. Their vivid yet lifelike designs add a strong artistic dimension to the immersive world.
Interactive AI Features: Capture Exclusive Creatures with the Official App

While exploring the exhibits, downloading the official Wonderia app adds another layer to the experience. Using on-device AI technology, simply point your phone at the visuals on the walls to instantly identify different creatures and collect them in your personal digital card collection.
Each card includes exclusive Wonderia Tips with insights into ecosystems and species, turning the experience into both play and learning. By completing in-app missions, visitors can also earn useful coupons for the on-site café and shop.
Cute Finds You’ll Love: Animal Goods and Exclusive Items at Wonderia Shop
