Date published: 7 October 2021

Pokémon Cafe (Shinsaibashi, Osaka) opened in September of 2019 at Daimaru Shinsaibashi, a popular department store among tourists and frequent shoppers located in Osaka’s Shinsaibashi district.

After the Pokémon Cafe (Nihonbashi, Tokyo) opened in 2018, it became the second Pokémon-themed restaurant in all of Japan and the first to be opened in Western Japan.

In addition to serving fun Pikachu and other Pokémon character-inspired meals, you will find that this cafe is entirely decorated in a Pokémon theme.

It’s so adorable, even just sitting at one of the tables is enjoyable, and must top your list of things to do in Osaka! Here we will introduce our visit to this extremely popular cafe where a range of fans from families to foreign guests frequently stops by.
