Although 2021 hasn’t had the start we were all hoping for, Tokyo Disney Resort has an exciting new announcement that is bound to lift your spirits!
The amusement park plans to open its fifth Disney hotel in Japan. Called the Toy Story Hotel, it will be located right in front of Bayside Station, easily accessed from both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.

Prepare to be immediately transported into the world of this beloved Pixar and Disney classic! You can find fun Toy Story-inspired designs all throughout the hotel.
This starts with the exterior and continues on to the entrance and the lobby. The Toy Story Hotel offers an entertaining and fantastical atmosphere that people of all ages can enjoy.
Another aspect that makes this hotel so unique is that it’s the first in Tokyo to be classified as a moderate-type. Up to now, Tokyo Disney Resort has offered either luxurious deluxe-type hotels or very reasonable value-type hotels.
With 595 specially designed guest rooms, the new 11-story moderate-type hotel acts as an excellent in-between option. It’s also said to include space for parking, a Disney Store, and a restaurant. The official opening date has yet to be announced, so be sure to watch for further updates!
With the resort getting ready to open up a new park called Fantasy Springs in 2023, it’s putting even more effort into offering accommodation that satisfies all the needs of its guests. Having options for where to stay is the cherry on top after a day of fun at the parks!
Although it has been a challenging period for both the amusement park and hotel industries, this is some bright news that we can all look forward to. Why not start making plans to treat yourself to a stay at this new hotel?
