Founded three hundred years prior by Kihachi Tsuruya, this soba (buckwheat noodles) shop of long standing continues to maintain traditions. The aromatic soba noodles are loved by customers. The stately store itself has existed for more than 130 years, and it has been registered as a tangible cultural property.
