Description

Kumano Nyakuoji Shrine was founded by Emperor Go-Shirakawa when he welcomed the deity from Zenrin-ji Temple (Ekidan-do Temple) to become the protective deity here. The charms from this temple contain nagi leaves inside and are said to be beneficial for marriage and studies.
