Shrines and temples are at the heart of exploring Japanese history and culture, but in and around Tokyo there are so many that it can be hard to know where to start. The Keisei × Keikyu 16 Shrines & Temples Goshuin Tour offers a clear theme and route, guiding you through lesser-known spiritual spots across Tokyo and Yokohama while you collect goshuin (red seal stamps) along the way.
By connecting areas served by Keisei Electric Railway and Keikyu Corporation, this collaborative campaign turns your temple and shrine visits into a meaningful pilgrimage that combines good fortune, views, and rail travel into one experience.

When It Runs: December 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026

What Makes a Goshuin Tour Special? Hidden Power Spots in Tokyo and Kanagawa

A goshuin is a highly valued “proof of connection” with the deities or Buddhas, granted to worshippers at temples and shrines in Japan. The date of your visit and the name of the temple or shrine are brushed in ink and accompanied by a vermilion seal. Far from being a simple stamp, each goshuin carries artistic beauty and historical weight.
This goshuin tour is a chance to experience the depth of Japanese culture and faith by visiting lesser-known historic temples and shrines along the Keisei and Keikyu lines that ordinary tourists rarely visit.

16 Sacred Sites to Visit! History and Scenery along the Keisei and Keikyu Lines

In this stamp rally, a total of 16 temples and shrines are included:
・8 sites along the Keisei line
By receiving goshuin at each location, you also collect digital stamps.
The Keisei side is known for sites that express “tradition and the atmosphere of an ancient city,” such as Naritasan Shinshoji Temple in Narita and other historic shrines and temples closer to central Tokyo.
The Keikyu side stretches from Shinagawa through Yokohama and down the Miura Peninsula, and features many temples and shrines with “scenic views that blend the sea and the city.”
Through this tour, travelers can experience contrasting landscapes and histories on the eastern and southern shores of Tokyo Bay in a single journey.
