With your hands free, you can make the most of your travel day between Tokyo and Kyoto, exploring and sightseeing with ease.

It makes full use of the Shinkansen’s core qualities: speed, accuracy, frequent departures, and minimal vibration. STEP 1. Reserve on the Website
Reservations are accepted until 8 AM on the day of use.
Complete your booking and payment directly on the website.
Once your reservation is confirmed, a “Reservation Ticket” will be sent to you by email.

STEP 2. Drop Off Your Luggage at the Front Desk
Luggage drop-off is accepted until 9 AM on the day.
Show your “Reservation Ticket” at your hotel’s front desk, attach the designated tag to your luggage, and hand it over.

STEP 3. Receive Your Luggage at Your Destination
Pick-up is available from 6 PM or after 9 PM on the same day (depending on your plan).
At your destination hotel, give your name at the front desk to receive your luggage.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once delivery is complete.

The same-day delivery speed is the greatest value of this service. Two fee plans are available to suit traveler needs:

Regular Service (delivery by 9 PM): 13,200 yen per item (tax included)

Express Service (delivery by 6 PM): 16,500 yen per item (tax included)
