Enjoy Ramen and Sake at the “Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum”
The Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum is a can’t-miss amusement facility for ramen enthusiasts. The space is a reproduction of the Japanese cityscape of 1958. It is a collection of ramen shops with various types of ramen from around the world, which differ from soup broth to noodle size. Some shops also offer beer and sake, which you can enjoy with your ramen on your lunch break.
Here you can try items you can normally only taste in certain parts of the world, including of "reimported ramen," such as the vegetarian ramen and other Japanese ramen styles offered at Ryu's Noodle Bar from Toronto, Canada, as well as the imported German draft beer and gluten-free ramen from Muku Zweite, a popular shop in Frankfurt, Germany.
You can also enjoy vegetable ramen at each of the four shops, made in the style of Shojin-ryori, a Japanese Buddhist vegetarian cuisine, so by all means check them out during your visit!

There are table seats as well as Japanese cushion seats, so you don’t have to worry about your legs getting numb when you sit. One of the most fun things about okonomiyaki is you can make it yourself. It is popular with overseas customers, and often used for entertaining guests.
During the event season, you can order an all-you-can-eat menu of not just the okonomiyaki, but teppanyaki, which includes fresh meats and seafood, desserts, and drinks as well. You can even get a takoyaki plate and make your own takoyaki. Everything can be seasoned to your liking.
Local Japanese sake and shochu line the front of the shop, with many options to choose from. The menu includes a variety of beverages including beer, sours, cocktails, whisky and more.
