Only customers departing from Haneda or Narita Airport within 30 days from the date of purchase can use this service.
Required Documents
Bring your passport and flight e-ticket.
Shopping Process
After selecting your items, pay at each shop and receive an “Exchange Ticket".
Airport Pickup
Upon arriving at Haneda or Narita airport, complete the departure procedure. Then, present your Exchange Ticket at the “Duty-Free Pickup Counter” to receive your items. This process is quick and usually takes under 10 minutes, making it relatively stress-free.
