Pineapple and Kiwi Smoothie Bon Bon

This marbled smoothie has a tropical flair. See below for instructions on how to make the pineapple flower.
Ingredients / Serves 1
For the smoothie:
- Pineapple 100 g
- Lime juice 10 g (can be substituted with lemon juice)
- Milk 60 g
- Granulated sugar 5 g
For the amaretto whipped cream:
- Whipping cream 20 g
- Amaretto syrup 1 g (if not available, plain whipped cream works as well)
Kiwi sauce 30 g (kiwi fruit that has been cut into pieces small enough to fit through a straw)
For the topping:
- Pineapple (cut into diamonds) 10-13 slices
- Granola 25 g
- Chocolate crunch (chocolate crunch candy bar, smashed or processed in a food processor)
- Mint leaf 1

Directions:
1. Measure the ingredients. Slice the pineapple thinly (see below diagram).
2. Put the kiwi sauce at the bottom of the cup.
3. Mix the amaretto syrup into the whipping cream. Pipe it onto the sides of the cup while forming the marble design with a spoon.
4. Put the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the cup.
5. Top with granola.
6. Arrange pineapple slices on top to form a sunflower. Place chocolate crunch and a mint leaf in the middle.

Cutting the pineapple:
1. Cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple.
2. Cut into quarters.
3. Cut out the white core.
4. Cut off the rind so it will look like a diamond from above.
5. Slice thinly.
Spring Smoothie

Filled with fresh spring berries, this slightly less fancy smoothie will bring the freshness of spring into your kitchen!
Ingredients / Serves 1
- Strawberries 50 g
- Raspberries 30 g
- Beet sugar syrup* 30 g (can be substituted with other sugar syrups)
- Soy milk 230 g
*If you will use granulated sugar rather than sugar syrup, make sure to dissolve it well into the soy milk before use.
Directions
1. Measure the ingredients. If you place your blender on the scale as shown in the below diagram, it will cut down on the number of dishes you’ll need to wash.
2. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a large glass.
