Why Shop Outlets During Your Trip to Japan?

Whether you’ve flown 12 hours or just popped over on a short-haul trip, outlet shopping in Japan can be well worth your time. Prices are often much lower than abroad - even more so with a good exchange rate - and outlets offer generous savings on a wide range of quality items. In addition to standard items, you’ll also find past-season or outlet-only pieces, many of which aren’t available elsewhere. With everything in one place and a relaxed atmosphere, it’s an easy, efficient, and surprisingly fun way to shop.
Inside Japan's Largest Outlets

With its palm trees, ocean breeze, and open-air walkways, the outlet has always had a tropical, resort-like charm. Now, thanks to this new area filled with exciting shops, outdoor spaces, and family-friendly features, there’s even more reason to visit on your next trip.
Popular Brands and New Additions

The North Face now has its largest outlet store in Japan here, styled like a chic warehouse filled with greenery.

Nike continues to impress with its biggest outlet store in Japan, featuring categories from running to streetwear.

Other Shops

In addition to the 30 new stores opening, there is a great selection among the existing 300 shops. Some recommendations especially for foreign visitors include Onitsuka Tiger for stylish Japanese sneakers, Gelato Pique for cozy loungewear, Seiko and Citizen for quality Japanese watches, and Nihonbashi Kiya for quality Japanese cutlery and kitchenware.
More Than Shopping: New Spaces, Events & Family Fun
Family-Friendly Fun

Families visiting the outlet will find plenty to keep little ones entertained. A newly built kids’ park offers a fun outdoor space for children to play, while a cozy kids’ area inside the food court gives parents a moment to relax during lunch.

Meanwhile, the spacious 400m² skate park, built in partnership with Instant Skateboards, brings even more active excitement to the new area. And for those visiting with pets, there are dedicated amenities and pet-friendly walking areas throughout the outlet, making it a great day out for the whole family.

Dining in the Open Air

When it’s time to refuel, chill at one of the cafes spaced out around the park, or enjoy a bite at Shake Shack or explore the food truck area on the Roof Terrace. The open seating space is perfect for catching a breeze while you enjoy your meal.

Throughout the year, the outlets also host outdoor events in conjunction with brands at the outlet, like lululemon yoga sessions and The North Face workshops, bringing even more energy to the space.
