Bunshokan, the Yamagata Prefecture Local Museum

Description
The Bunshokan is a building constructed in the English neo-Renaissance style and was formerly the prefectural office and assembly building. Built in 1916, the Bunshokan was designated a national Important Cultural Property. Together with its restored exterior, you can admire the extravagant interior reproduced to how it was when the building first opened.
