Since it is far from the city center, it was very empty, but provides the best view of Osaka. Going to see the sunset is highly recommended.Visited September 2026 -

We were staying at the Cosmo Tower Hotel in the building complex, hence we decided to pay a Visit from above at the Observatory and it was so worth it ! Osaka is a large city, beautiful at 360°.Visited February 2020 -
