Fitness Shop Links Umeda is a martial arts and training specialist store conveniently located only one minute on foot from Umeda Station. We have home training machine showrooms where you can actually try out fitness machines, and stock a variety of fitness foods. Our lineup is full of products related to martial arts, yoga and conditioning, and we also have training and yoga wear, shoes, books and DVDs. Our store also contains a women-only body sculpting and fitness gym by the personal trainer Tomo Okabe.

Fitness Shop first opened in 1986 in Zurich as a fitness specialist store. More than 30 years ago, due to various circumstances and a chance meeting with a late great kickboxer, Japan's first Fitness Shop opened in 1988 in Kinshicho. Using the concept adopted from the original Zurich store, we offer authentic training and fitness products, from training machines to supplements, sportswear, accessories and books.
