Nariai-ji Temple

成相寺

Description

Nariai-ji Temple was built in 704 during the Keiun period and is known for always making wishes come true. The principal items of worship here are the Bijin Kannon and the famous Sho Kanzeon Bosatsu Buddha statues. It has seven mysteries on its grounds including the un-ringing bell Bonshu and a bottomless pond among others.
