Description
This seaside park was created by reclaiming the land between Meriken Wharf and the dike. The park is dotted with many unique objects, and is also home to the Port of Kobe Earthquake Memorial Park, which retains the land as it appeared after the Great Hanshin earthquake. Some facilities may not accessible due to reconstruction.
