Description
This is Japan's oldest Russian Orthodox church, built in 1860 as a place of worship for Russia's first consulate. The original building burnt down in 1907: the present building is a 1916 reconstruction.
A five-minute trip from Hakodate Station on the Hakodate Tram for Jujigai, then a 15-minute walk from Jujigai
