This spring, discover your new favorite glass! Held from April 19-29, 2019 at Tokyo's Roppongi Hills, Craft Sake Week is back this year with another huge sake selection! Fifteen gourmet restaurants will also be offering up a variety of tasty dishes to pair with the fair. If you're at all curious about Japan's sake culture, this is one event you won't want to miss!
11 Days. 10 Different Breweries Each Day. Incredible Encounters Await You.
The 110 sake breweries introduced at the 2019 Craft Sake Week were selected by famous Japanese footballer Hidetoshi Nakata along with a panel of sake experts. This year, 17 of the breweries will be making their debut at the event.
It was Nakata's hope that people "can enjoy Japan's sake culture, find their favorite cup, and find their favorite brewery." As such, only 10 breweries will be showcased each day, allowing guests to not only enjoy a variety of flavors and styles of sake, but to enjoy chatting firsthand with brewery representatives.
A total of 110 breweries will be joining in the event, each segmented under a different theme of the day - making it easy for visitors to select a day and find their favorite sake.
