1. Darts & Shot Bar Sector 7G: Live matches on two large-screen monitors
Sector 7G takes its name from the American cartoon series "Simpsons". It is name of the place where main character Homer Simpson works.
This casual bar seats 40 and is located in Kabukicho, a popular area among both local and foreign visitors. As a roadside shop with no cover charges, you can simply swing by for a quick drink if so desired, and the barkeeper's ability to speak English is a plus!
It also explains why there's quite a substantial amount of repeat customers among foreign tourists who enjoyed their first visit so much, they made it a point to drop by again on their next trip to Japan!
The bar is equipped with two large-screen monitors - more than 50 inches! - which attract plenty of passers-by to the bar during major matches like those involving Japan's national teams.
Half a pint (about 284 milliliters) of draft beer starts from 500 yen including tax, and you can select from a variety of brands, from big names like Kirin Ichiban Shibori and Guinness to an assortment of guest beers.
Not feeling like beer? Try the other alcoholic beverages available on the menu - nearly 100 different types! And because we would really love for you to discover the joy of Japanese alcohol as well, we're putting in a special note here for their selection of Japanese whiskey as well. Look out for unique tastes from brands like Yamazaki, Hakushu, Hibiki and others!
The bar also serves up a variety of delicious food. Bite into a juicy Hamburger (800 yen, tax included) that uses a 100% beef patty, some crispy Fish and Chips (starts from 800 yen, tax included), a fresh Mixed Pizza (870 yen, tax included), or other all-time Western favorites. Bar originals by the owner such as Taco Spring Rolls (600 yen, tax included) are also secret hits among many of the bar's foreign patrons.

2. Cafe NEXT: Established by a sports enthusiast for sports enthusiasts!
Here's a sports bar that feels warm and cozy, being located a distance away from the hustle and bustle of downtown streets.
Although run by an owner who was formerly involved in video games production, the shop reflects an intimacy with sports rather than video games. The bar is decorated with photographs of famous scenes in rugby or soccer matches taken by well-known photographers, and there is a large-screen monitor that is always broadcasting sporting events.
Draft beer such as Heartland (650 yen, tax included) is served here alongside bottled classics like Guinness (800 yen, tax included) and Corona (750 yen, tax included). Over 50 types of cocktails are also available for order. Some fresh and crispy edamame (boiled soybeans) or cheese rolls will be the perfect accompaniment to any alcoholic beverage.
Another item of special note in this bar would be their homemade gelato (starts at 350 yen, tax included). In addition to regular offerings such as vanilla and strawberry milk, you'll also get to enjoy interesting yet popular flavors like Gorgonzola and Ultimate Pistachio. 3. The Cluriaune: A monitor for your spectating eyes wherever you may be seated
The shop faithfully recreates the look-and-feel of a classic British pub in a corner of a central building in Kabukicho. Behind the staff counter, you'll find bottles of choice alcoholic beverages from countries all over the world lined up in neat rows.
Quite a breathtaking sight to behold, and one that adds to the pub atmosphere for sure. Five monitors have been installed at intervals throughout the bar, allowing customers to view any match being played no matter where they may be seated.
These little details reflect the careful touch of a true sports enthusiast, which is exactly what the bar owner is. His love for rugby sometimes takes him to the stadium, where he views the matches up-close-and-personally while basking in the energetic mood.
The bar is regularly stocked with more than five kinds of distinctly different draft beers, including two to three types of guest beers from Guinness, House Ale, and Sapporo. If you're a whiskey fan, you're in for a treat as well. The bar has faithfully collected the best whiskey Shinjuku has to offer under one roof. You'll also find a wide selection of Japanese whiskey from other regions as well.
The bacon and salami being served here have been directly imported from Europe, and each piece of Bacon (from 700 yen, tax excluded) is only sliced off the block when ordered, for optimal freshness.
Other popular meat-based dishes include well-known favorites like Fish and Chips (from 500 yen, tax excluded), Homemade Roast Beef (from 500 yen, tax excluded), and Buffalo-style Chicken (500 yen, tax excluded).

The largest sports bar in the Shinjuku area is located on the 8th floor of Pasela Resorts Shinjuku, a restaurant famous for its karaoke and party spaces. The bar boasts of five high-definition monitors that are always broadcasting one sporting event or another.
The shop was designed to look like a traditional Mexican bar with a cheery decor, and it comes with an eye-watering variety of beverages, including but not limited to two types of draft beer, four types of bottled beer, 13 types of tropical cocktails, nine types of Mason Jar cocktails, and a whole lot of other non-alcoholic drinks as well. This is a great place for fans wanting to view sports events surrounded by an energetic tropical atmosphere.
The food menu is a collection of well-known international dishes. You'll find excellent side dishes like Cheese Nachos, Tacos, and Grilled Cheese (463 yen, tax excluded), a Mexican-style American food offering and Bagna Càuda (1,371 yen, tax excluded), a garden salad-style dish that uses a truckload of seasonal vegetables.
For mains, check out their Salmon and Salmon Roe Cream Pasta (1,186 yen, tax excluded) or the rice-based Nasi Goreng Indonesian-style Fried Rice (908 yen, tax excluded) for something different! Whatever you choose, you'll be in for a treat.

5. Craft Beer Tap Shinjuku East Exit: Drinking beer from the opposing team's country directly from the keg!
This bar is accessible from Shinjuku Station's east exit. Customers can sit at the counter or tables meant for groups of two to four. Their liberal use of wood grain furniture contributes to an air of refined elegance, and the two large-screen monitors here broadcast all sorts of sports activities every day. The most distinct feature of this bar is the mind-boggling variety of beer brands - famous or otherwise - from around the world.
Keg draft beer is available from 650 yen a glass excluding tax, and there are 20 types for you to choose from. For bottled beer, there are more than 100 different brands - all directly imported by the company running the bar, so you may even find a special brand or two that you would never have encountered by yourself elsewhere.
Beer taps being lined up neatly in a row across the counter is always a moving scene for fans of the beverage, and that's the scene you'll find in this bar. Since drinks can be ordered from as little as 250 milliliters (about 8.5 ounces) at a go, getting a few at once for comparison purposes is a completely valid way to enjoy your evening here as well!
The All-you-can-drink Beer Keg Package (3,500 yen, tax excluded, reservation required before 7:00 p.m. on day of visit) that allows you to freely sample up to 10 types of keg draft beer is our top recommendation. For food, why not try the Beer Battered Fish and Chips (850 yen, tax excluded) that uses a batter made with smatterings of keg beer?
There's also the hearty Charcuterie (1,480 yen, tax excluded) that comes with generous amounts of bacon and salami. For something lighter but equally tasty, try some Double Sausages (1,480 yen, tax excluded) that were directly imported from Germany! The bar is especially proud of its selection of meat cuisine, all of which are carefully prepared to perfectly complement the beer being served here.
