“As I spent more time at home, I gained more weight...” This seems to be a phrase heard during these times. According to an internet survey (*) conducted by cosmetics company Kao and others, weight gain and poor physical condition have occurred because of changes in life due to the coronavirus and lack of exercise at home. Lately, more people are incorporating fitness at home.
Here are some good tips and techniques for at-home exercise from several fitness companies.

Here are some exercise options used by the baseball team, Seibu Lions
At Seibu Lions, the official training course "Leotray-Lions and everyone together" is supervised by the staff of the medical conditioning group of the baseball team. This group helps with the physical care and conditioning of the athletes. It is available on the website and the official YouTube team channel.
There are five different fitness regimes. First, we will discuss Kyoukaku. This is a great set of exercises to help with stiff shoulders and back pain from working from home, and focuses on the area from the neck to abdomen. Athletes report that doing these exercises help prevent injuries around the shoulders and lower back.
The videos demonstrate exercises that are easily done at home. Team members such as Masuda and Hirai make appearances. These exercises do not involve any vigorous movements, so anyone can do these at home.
