The Ruby Chocolate Treasure
In a process taking over a decade to perfect, the Ruby chocolate variety was successfully developed Swiss chocolate maker Barry Callebaut, adding a new color and flavor to the three traditional varieties of bitter, milk, and white chocolates that have pleased consumers everywhere for their enchanting sweetness and subtle bitterness.
