Originally opened in 2008, AOI NAPOLI serves authentic Italian pizzas baked in a real stone pizza oven. Located in the residential suburbs of Koishikawa in Bunkyo City in Tokyo, it reopened on April 1 after extensive renovations!
Located on grounds once belonging to a printing company, AOI NAPOLI now boasts an 150+ square meter garden pizzeria with a terrace. Alongside its extravagant drinks and food, the restaurant also holds neighborhood events and has since become a staple of the community.
According to the manager, the most recent renovation was completed to allow more seats and space for diners to follow COVID-19 precautions. As a testament to just how beloved AOI NAPOLI is, on the weekend before opening, dozens of locals from around the neighborhood came to help paint.
The lunchtime pizza set starts from just 1,000 yen (small). During April, those who book in advance will receive special benefits that are updated weekly.
