Located in the so-called “Electric Town” and anime haven of Akihabara, GRIDS might just be the perfect choice for the female otaku! GRIDS is a combination hotel and hostel, with a variety of options including bunk and single bed dormitories and private family rooms, double rooms, and deluxe rooms.
There is one women-only “Bunk Bed in Dormitory Room” floor, and three floors designated for men. Visitors wanting to experience a ryokan-style (traditional Japanese inn) room can stay in the Private Japanese Room featuring a tatami mat and futon alongside the modern comforts of a TV, and private refrigerator, toilet, and shower.
