Located at the altitude of 1,830 meters on Mt. Kitayatsugatake in Shinshu, this ski resort is surrounded by Japan’s largest white birch forests. The draws are the eight courses, various attractions and Kids Land with a free rest area for families.

[Tenshozan course: Takes around one hour 10 minutes at a regular pace (or 55 minutes if walked in the reverse direction)] [Momiji-no-sato course: Takes around one hour 20 minutes at a regular pace] This is a great course for people who want to hike among nature. You can stroll through primary forest containing cedar, pine, and beech trees while the sunlight through the branches creates patterns along the path. As the song of wild birds echoes among the trees, you will feel the atmosphere of the deep mountain forest. Please enjoy the natural scenery of Okuyugawara while stopping by to see the Hakuun waterfall which resembles silk threads flowing through the greenery, and Tenshozan Shrine, which is beautiful in every season. The newly named Momiji-no-sato is best enjoyed in November. However, it can be crowded during foliage season. Okukannnabe slopes locate at the highest elevation among ski resorts in the Kannnabe Kogen area, which is 2hrs from Osaka and it is proud of its wide varieties of courses.

[Takes around two hours 20 minutes at a regular pace (or two hours and 30 minutes if walked in the reverse direction) - suitable for regular walkers] A course where you can enjoy the view while touring historic relics dating back to the days when Yugawara was called Doi-go. You will get a feel for the close ties between Yugawara and Yoritomo Minamoto as you take in sights such as Joganji Temple, Sanehira’s family temple, the Doi castle ruins (at the peak of Mt. Shiroyama), and Shitodo Cave. The grassy meadow of the picnic area is a best place to stop and have lunch. The superb view from the top of Mt. Shiroyama enables you to look over Sagami Bay, as well as the Izu Peninsula, and even as far as Hatsushima and Oshima islands.

This ski resort is comfortable, safe, and warm. It is close to Tokyo area and takes only 2 hours. It is 10 minutes from Kobuchizawa IC by car. The slope width is about 100m that is very wide as an exclusive slope for skiing, which is perfect for family and beginners.

Part of Shiga Kogen, Japan’s largest ski area, Okushiga Kogen is blessed withthe 100% natural world-famous "Japow" (Japanese Powder Snow). Slopes for all levels - from beginners to experts - are in place. Open from early December to early May.

It locates in Kitashiga, Nagano, and abundant of natural snow falls. This ski resort is the combination of 2 ski resorts which creates one big snow resort that covers 97ha land and equips 24 slopes and 8 lifts.

The northern alps with its magnificent range of mountains at over 3000m in altitude is the location of this large scale snow resort; a blue skied white covered world.

This is the only ski resort in Japan which is directly connected with a highway. It is connected with the Sakudaira parking area on the Joshinetsu expressway providing outstanding access from Nerima IC at just 150km!
