During a limited period from June 2nd to the 20th, Sushiro is offering many new kinds of sushi. This includes sushi topped with jumbo pieces of fish as well as sushi stacked high with toppings.
A must-try is the very impressive seafood mountain sushi. This dish is unbelievably stacked with seven luxurious toppings. This includes scallops, minced fatty tuna, crab meat, and salmon roe. Because there’s a limited number of dishes per day, we recommend ordering them as soon as you arrive at the restaurant.
The tuna bomb is another must-try sushi piled with delicious toppings. With this dish, you can enjoy little bursts of herring roe and tobiko (flying fish roe) hidden inside the minced tuna. Then, all you have to do is wrap the seaweed around the rice and enjoy!
If you’re looking for sushi topped with a large piece of fish, Sushiro boasts its jumbo chutoro sushi. This dish has the largest cut of chutoro, medium fatty tuna, that they have ever served.
Although regular-sized chutoro is already a restaurant favorite, this jumbo-sized sushi is sure to enhance your experience. Enjoy as the sweetness of the fat and the umami flavors found in the lean meat dance on your tastebuds.

(Kaisen Misakiko) Sushi Stacked with So Many Toppings, You Can’t Find the Rice!
Kaisen Misakiko is a sushi restaurant that values the performance aspect of chefs making sushi right in front of their customers. From June 2nd to the 20th, this restaurant is also serving sushi stacked with various toppings.
We will first introduce the super-stacked tuna sushi. At the bottom, you can find four pieces of bigeye tuna, three pieces of albacore tuna in the middle, and minced tuna at the very top. This stack is so big, you can’t even see the rice! It's a dream sushi for tuna lovers.
The super-stacked seafood sushi is a perfect choice for those who want to try a little bit of everything. You can find toppings such as salmon, squid, scallops, and minced tuna luxuriously stacked on top of rice. Enjoy all of the restaurant's favorites in one bite!
In addition to this, super-stacked salmon sushi, super-stacked salmon roe and sweet shrimp sushi, and many other dishes can be found on the restaurant’s menu. So find your favorite sushi and eat to your heart’s content!

(Kappa Sushi) Enjoy Fresh and Plump Seasonal Toppings that Go Perfectly with Haenuki Rice!
After undergoing a complete renovation, Kappa Sushi has become the first conveyor belt sushi restaurant chain to serve haenuki rice exclusively.
Haenuki rice, produced in Yamagata Prefecture, is one of the best rice brands in Japan, known for its pleasant texture and sweetness. From June 2nd to July 4th, the restaurant offers special items that pair perfectly with this rice. Here you can find domestic, wild-caught, and delicious sushi toppings to enjoy at the beginning of summer.
A must-try at Kappa Sushi is the southern bluefin tuna sushi. High-quality lean meat from domestic and wild-caught southern bluefin tuna is used in this dish. The striking red color is a testament to how fresh the fish is. A characteristic of this dish is that you can enjoy the umami and depth in flavor unique to wild-caught tuna.
Steamed Aomori scallops with ponzu is a dish that uses scallops from Aomori Prefecture. These are in season from spring until the beginning of summer. By steaming them, you can concentrate the umami flavor and sweetness.
The umami and sweetness of the scallop abductor and the satisfying texture of the scallop strings are also very enjoyable. The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes! It’s topped with a refreshing ponzu sauce - a tangy citrus-based sauce - and crisp onions.
On top of being fresh and plump, wild-caught jumbo spot shrimp are impressively large. The restaurant carefully prepares the shrimp by removing the head and peeling the shells one by one.
Before serving, the shrimp head is grilled. This little touch enables you to enjoy its fragrant flavor further. If you crack and pull on the shell, you can even savor the delicious meat inside the shrimp head!
