Certainly an interesting aside. Great if you are close but it wasn't worth the hour it took us to walk there. Others might have halved that time of course. Gardens beside it are lovelyVisited October 2025 -

My girlfriend wanted to see the famous Sumo museum, so we made a special effort to go out to Sumida on our last day in Tokyo. Took us at LEAST an hour to find the place - not even the locals seem to...Visited April 2019
