Spring has arrived at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya! This year, the popular annual HIBIYA BLOSSOM event will run from Tuesday, March 3 to Saturday, April 4. Following last year’s collaboration with the film Wicked, which was very well received, this year celebrates its sequel, Wicked: For Good (released in Japan on Friday, March 6). The streets will be adorned with decorations inspired by the film’s world-building, including a flower dome made with over 15,000 artificial flowers, numerous tulips on the Grand Staircase,and the newly added “Yellow Brick Road.” There will also be a special food menu inspired by the film. “Wicked: For Good presents Flower Dome” inspired by the film
This year, the Flower Dome shines with over 15,000 artificial flowers inspired by the film Wicked: For Good. The inside of the colorful dome is the perfect photo spot. As you walk on the path inspired by the Yellow Brick Road leading to Oz, you will feel like you’ve stepped into a magical world.

Nighttime illuminations and special performances featuring the film’s soundtrack!
The illuminations begin every day at 4 PM, completely shifting the atmosphere from daytime. Special performances of the film’s song “For Good” with light effects will also be held. Enjoy this special moment in a magical world!

Grand Staircase covered in tulips inspired by the film’s setting!
The grand staircase next to the dome, inspired by the tulip fields of Munchkinland, is the perfect photo spot! The colorful tulips will make you feel immersed in the story, with illuminations creating a different atmosphere for photos.


Botanical Street turns magical for the event
Outside of flower art, you will find decorations inspired by the iconic Yellow Brick Road from the film, stretching from Hibiya-Nakadori Street to the Flower Dome. If you walk this path before or after watching the film, you will be even more immersed in the story!

Become the film’s protagonist, Glinda
Recreate the scene where Glinda floats in a soap bubble at the photo spot inside the department store. Enjoy your own photoshoot as you immerse yourself in the film’s setting!

Fresh flowers will be gifted to thank visitors for their patronage during Tokyo Midtown Hibiya’s 8th anniversary!
Sunday, March 29 marks eight years since the opening day of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya. Visitors will be offered fresh flowers as part of the venue’s Floral Gift event to celebrate their anniversary. Flowers previously used in other displays will be used, ensuring a sustainable event.
