There is no front desk staff on-site. Please make sure to check the following.

To ensure our guests' peace of mind, the entrance door is locked all day.

Please check the email we will send you the day before your stay and enter the PIN code at the entrance on the first floor to enter the building.

*If you make a reservation on the day of your stay, we will send you an email on the day.

Please check in at the automatic check-in machine in front of the front desk counter in the lobby.

Please check in between 3:00pm and 5:00am the following morning. Check-out is by 10:00am.

Please enter your room number at the automatic check-in machine and check out.

*After arrival (check-in), you can enter and exit using your room PIN code.
