Naha Cruise Terminal

那覇クルーズターミナル

Description

The Naha Cruise Terminal is a major maritime gateway that receives many international cruise ships, particularly from other parts of Asia. It is very close to central Naha, and Kokusai-dori Street can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
Since the area around the pier lacks a large terminal building and extensive waiting space, thousands of passengers often arrive at once on cruise days. This can cause long taxi lines and heavy traffic around the port.
Until the end of March 2026, a trial shuttle bus operates on cruise ship arrival days. The bus travels between the Naha Cruise Terminal and the entrance to Kokusai-dori Street. Large buses that carry more than 70 passengers depart roughly every 30 minutes. For direct access to the Kokusai-dori Street area, this shuttle is a more reliable and affordable option than waiting for a taxi.
Because the service is not operated daily, travelers should check the latest information with their cruise company or with Tokyo Bus, which runs the service.
