Sobo, it is conveniently located for hiking, within a 5-minute walk from the Obira trailhead, and is also ideal for hiking Mt. Kosobo and Mt. Katsura. Many people use it as a base for hiking routes up Mt. Sobo. The outdoor sauna "REBUILD SAUNA" will open in June 2020. In 2024, the trailer sauna "Valo" will also open. Opened in July 2020. Akari no Yado (yufuin akarinoyado) is a pet-friendly inn that allows pets. 3 minutes walk from Yufuin Station! It is in a very convenient location with souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. It is a hot spring inn in a good location, 30 seconds to a convenience store. There is Akari-chan, the signboard dog. BBQ facilities are also available, so please use them during the warmer months.
