This popular restaurant carries on the techniques of Mr. Keishiro Sano, the ”father of gyutan.” After incorporating traditional methods of manually cutting and salting beef tongue, skilled cooks grill each one by hand. There are many fans who continue to visit this restaurant ever since it first opened.
