The elevator in our facility operates between the 2nd and 5th floors due to the building layout.Access from the 1st to the 2nd floor is via stairs. ■Regarding Wi-Fi... Wi-Fi is available only in the lounge area on the 1st floor.Specific rooms or areas where Wi-Fi can be used cannot be designated.Please note that depending on the location or signal conditions, it may be possible to use Wi-Fi in rooms, but this is not guaranteed. ■Regarding Check-in... Check-in is conducted at 'Shosuke no Yado Takinoyu,' located about 200 meters from Yukkura Inn.Please ensure you go to the correct location.Please note that the space in front of the main building, 'Shosuke no Yado Takinoyu,' is designated as a 'parking space,' and long-term parking or stopping is not allowed.

Our facility is equipped with surveillance cameras and staff patrols throughout the premises.Recently, incidents of item removal and theft have been occurring. Moving forward, we will respond by filing reports with the police and providing surveillance camera footage. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking items or equipment from our facility.
■Regarding the use of the parking lot... To prevent any issues, we kindly ask guests to move their vehicles themselves as a general rule.Additionally, the area in front of the entrance is designated as a 'drop-off zone,' and parking is generally not permitted.There are multiple parking lots located 100m to 300m from the facility, and staff will guide you to them. ■Caution when using the large bath or open-air bath... Guests with tattoos or body art are kindly requested to refrain from using the baths.Furthermore, please refrain from bringing mobile phones, cameras, or similar items into the bathing area.If these rules are not followed, we may refuse usage of the facility. ■Regarding dinner and breakfast times... Guests will be guided to their seats sequentially and as soon as preparations are complete after arriving at the dining venue.Please note that the timing of seating may vary slightly depending on the situation of guests arriving before or after you.Additionally, there may be a wait at the venue. ■Regarding taking items from the room... Except for consumables such as disposable amenities and towels, please refrain from taking items home.※Items such as books within the facility, colored yukata, obi sashes, geta sandals, shoe clips, provided amenities, and bath towels cannot be taken home.
