■Staff assistance with luggage: To prevent issues such as damage or loss of luggage, our staff generally do not handle transportation of luggage.If you have a large amount of luggage and require assistance, please inform the front desk staff.Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for damage or loss that occurs when staff handle luggage, so we ask for your understanding in advance.

■Regarding parking lot usage: To prevent issues such as vehicle damage or accidents, we request that customers handle the movement of their vehicles themselves.Additionally, the space in front of our entrance is designated as a drop-off area, and parking there is generally not permitted.
