Description
Using only buckwheat carefully selected by the owner, the store’s soba (buckwheat noodles) is served freshly boiled. The soba goes down so smoothly and provides the natural sweetness of buckwheat. The dipping sauce made using plenty of kelp and dried bonito is delicious, too.
