Description
Kaishu is a hot spring inn built on a cape jutting out into the Pacific Ocean, reminiscent of a boat floating on the sea.
The symbolic mixed-gender open-air bath, Hamachidori-no-Yu, has a dynamic design that brings the bath very close to the sea.
You can feel as if you are one with the ocean, and bathing at dusk when the sky turns crimson is exceptional.
On the other hand, at the large bathhouse, Umi Tsubaki, in addition to the view, you can experience two free-flowing hot springs, Aiki Onsen and Monju Onsen, in the indoor and outdoor baths.
For dinner, you can choose from the Kishu Boat-filled Kaiseki course, which features a hearty selection of seafood brought by the Kuroshio Current, and the Seasonal Taste Kaiseki course, which uses local brand beef, Kumano beef, and seafood from the mountains and the sea.
Relax in your guest room with a view of the sea.
Spend a blissful day in the detached detached house closest to the sea, which has an open-air bath with free-flowing hot spring water, or in a simple Japanese-Western room.
