Introducing the Luxurious Guest Rooms with Amazing Views from Every Room

Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower offers eight types of rooms, with the 'Sky Floor' from the 46th to 50th floors giving you unbeatable views of Osaka's skyline. There are also fun, themed rooms like the playful 'Magical Stage,' plus practical options such as the 'Kids Room,' which comes with a mini kitchen and a crib — perfect for families with little ones. With such variety, there's a room to fit every need.

Another popular feature is the 'Premium Sauna,' located over 100 meters above ground. It's equipped with a steam sauna from the Swedish brand Tylo, known for its high quality. You can unwind in the gentle, fine steam while taking in incredible views of Osaka — a truly luxurious way to relax.
Spacious and Comfortable! The Deluxe Room

The Deluxe Room, measuring a spacious 24 square meters, is especially popular among group travelers. It comfortably accommodates three to four people, with three bed options: twin, triple, and four-bed setups. There's plenty of room to spread out your suitcases, making it a truly comfortable space.
The Deluxe Triple, featuring three beds lined up side by side, is perfect for family trips or group getaways. The cozy table by the window is the perfect place to unwind while enjoying snacks and drinks.

Another great feature of these rooms is that the toilet and bath are separate, for added convenience. Plus, every room is equipped with a showerhead from the popular beauty brand ReFa.

The rooms are divided between those facing the sea and those overlooking the city, with both offering spectacular views. If you're checking in during the late afternoon, we recommend the ocean-facing rooms to catch the beautiful sunset over Osaka Bay.
If you arrive at night, the city-facing rooms are equally impressive, with the city lights sparkling below. While you can't choose your room type outright, you can definitely make a request — and if you're lucky, it might be granted. Just keep in mind that some room types are only available on the city side.
The Breathtaking Views at the Sky Buffet 51 Restaurant

Located on the top floor, 200 meters above ground, Sky Buffet 51 is a restaurant with unbeatable panoramic views of Osaka's cityscape.
The buffet consists of around 80 different dishes, including freshly prepared meals from the live kitchen. The menu changes every two months, keeping the interest of repeat visitors.

When I visited for a dinner buffet, they were hosting a 'Strawberry Buffet.' The sweets were packed with fresh, seasonal strawberries, and the food lineup was just as impressive. I enjoyed special dishes like Angus beef steak with red wine sauce and the show-stopping 'Snow Crab Mountain,' a winter-only item available until the end of February. It was a truly memorable dining experience!

What really surprised me was how tender the Angus steak was. It was cooked to perfection — so juicy — and paired perfectly with the rich red wine sauce. Being able to go back for seconds (and thirds!) of such an amazing steak is truly the best part of a buffet. Since the live kitchen menu changes with the seasons, be sure to check it out whenever you visit.

As evening falls, the sky outside turns a warm orange, and the silhouettes of the buildings against the setting sun over Osaka Bay create a scene that looks like a beautiful painting. At night, the sparkling city lights spread out below. While window seats come with an extra charge, the incredible view makes it totally worth it.
Solaniwa Onsen: One of Kansai's Largest Hot Spring Theme Parks

If you're staying at Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower, a must-visit spot is Solaniwa Onsen Osaka Bay Tower. It's one of Kansai's largest hot spring theme parks, located in the same Osaka Bay Tower building. Plus, hotel guests can enjoy special discounted access.
From the hotel's 2nd-floor entrance, just head right and walk about 200 meters (around 3 minutes) to reach the Solaniwa Onsen entrance.

Solaniwa Onsen is a large hot spring facility featuring nine different baths and seven types of stone sauna rooms. Inside, you'll also find a nostalgic game corner that adds to the fun. Entering the facility feels like you're in a whole new world.
In Japan, there's a traditional festival called Ennichi, usually held near temples or shrines, where food stalls and game booths line the streets. At Solaniwa Onsen, you can experience that lively atmosphere every day.
You can try your hand at games like 'shateki' (air gun shooting to win prizes), draw a fortune slip called 'omikuji,' or enjoy delicious local food. It's a great way to dive into Japanese culture. Plus, everyone wears a 'yukata,' a comfortable, casual kimono, which really sets the mood and makes the experience even more special.

At the hot spring facility, you can enjoy the natural, mildly alkaline 'Bihada no Yu' (Clear Skin Bath), sourced from 1,000 meters underground.

In Japan, people with tattoos are generally restricted from entering public baths. But here, if you cover your tattoos completely with special cover stickers sold at the 2nd-floor front desk, you're allowed to enter and enjoy the hot springs.

Inside the facility, you'll find about 30 different relaxation services, including body care and full-fledged spa treatments. You can even indulge in luxurious treatments like the gold leaf mask pack.
For Authentic Japanese Cuisine, Don't Miss Kappo Minato

Kappo Minato is known for its seasonal kaiseki cuisine, offering a true taste of Japan's changing flavors throughout the year. Located on the 20th floor of the hotel, it's the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Japanese dining. The restaurant overlooks the ocean, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere to complement your meal.

One dish you definitely don't want to miss is the 'Unaju Tokujo' (Deluxe Grilled Eel Bento; 6,500 yen). This traditional Japanese meal features a whole high-quality eel, grilled to perfection — crispy and fragrant on the outside, tender and soft inside. It's soaked in a special soy-based sauce and served over steaming hot rice, creating a flavor so delicious it's sure to bring a smile to your face.
Because each eel is carefully grilled to order, it can take a little time to prepare, so making a reservation in advance is a smart way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

The hotel also offers other dining options, including Teppanyaki Ruri where skilled chefs grill carefully selected ingredients right before your eyes. There's an all-day dining area too, perfect for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or dinner.
Plus, if you're on the go, you can pre-order bento boxes from Saras Delicatessen, the hotel's takeout-only deli. It's great for late nights when you just want to relax in your room and enjoy the city view.
