The view of Osaka as the night falls is great, but the price is too much for what it is. For 10 $ it would be worth it. 20$ is definitely too much for a short and underwhelming visit. Better keep...Visited March 2025 -

This building is amazing. The Observation deck is beautiful…both levels…little cafe on the top nice…and views from top excellent…the escalator up and down are both brilliant….this place is well worth...Visited June 2024
