Its energetic, jovial atmosphere is complemented by stunning panoramic views, which, aside from the counter seats, every table can enjoy! Seats facing north look out over Osaka's northern regions, including Osaka Castle, while the south side looms over the picturesque Nagai Park.
Perhaps the winning scenery is from the west, which, in addition to fantastic views of Tsutenkaku, Osaka Bay, and the evening sun, the far-away island of Awajishima and the Akashi Strait can also be spotted on clear days.
ZK's seating arrangements include spacious open hall tables along with relaxing semi-private booths on the south and west side. The restaurant is usually busy, so best to book in advance.
The Osaka panorama dazzles in the afternoon sun, making lunch a popular choice too!
ZK's eye-catching logo was designed by Shimada Tamotsu, the designer of the 2025 Osaka Expo's surreal logo.
Enjoy Western and Japanese Teppanyaki!
ZK offers teppanyaki courses with both western and Japanese food. While the teppanyaki is served at a special counter, those seated at tables can order teppanyaki dishes too, so you won't miss out!
The European 'Dinner Course,' (from 8,000 yen + tax and service) is based around the finest delicacies of the season. With early summer boasting asparagus and mid-autumn presenting duck, the menu is altered every month, preventing it from ever getting old!
The highlight of the set is the local beef prepared with seasonal ingredients.
The Japanese cuisine is also regularly adjusted, with December's crab being a particular highlight. This is best enjoyed through the ever-popular 'Japanese Dinner Course' (from 8,000 yen + tax and service).
