Visited during recent typhoon and everything else seemed to be closed. In tall building - exhibit was fantastic. Stayed for a coffee afterwards at the cafe with wonderful views of Osaka.Visited October 2019 -

I loved the fact that this museum is situated within Japan's tallest building. It is on the 16th floor and there is an outside space on this level as well to enjoy. A coffee shop is 1 floor higher...Visited April 2019
