Event Details
We hold events every day where foreign visitors to Japan can enjoy a "sushi making experience." Not only foreigners but also Japanese people can participate. This is our second store in Dotonbori to host the sushi seminar, after opening our first store in Kyoto Tower Sandwich in April 2017, and the first at our store in Osaka.
We believe that the sushi making experience is one of the wonderful sightseeing experiences to enjoy Japan's traditional culture and food culture, and we believe it is a wonderful and unforgettable opportunity. Also, in anticipation of the 2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo, we hope that by holding an experience to learn about Japanese sushi, we will be able to encourage people to come back to Japan in 2025. -

Event Details
Every day (at irregular hours), a tuna dismemberment show is held at the store.
You can see a professional cut the tuna into 5 pieces right in front of your eyes, and you can capture it in powerful photos and videos.
You can also take photos or watch a video of the show.
