Bring your luggage to the counter and provide the staff with your accommodation and delivery details. Staff will confirm the destination, expected delivery time, baggage size, and applicable fee before accepting your luggage. Drop off your bags by the applicable deadline, and they can be delivered to eligible accommodations after 6 PM that day.

・By 12:30 PM: Same-day delivery to eligible accommodations in Osaka City and Kyoto City
