The February Hall is a must see if you're in Nara - the view is spectacular and the hall itself is impressive in its construction. It's like a mini version of Kyomizudera in Kyoto.Visited March 2024

Definitely one of my favourite shrines. Not very busy, free entry, great views. Just a short walk up the hill from Nara park. If you’re there it’s worth a visit.Visited April 2024
