Gojouban Yashiki

Description

A beautiful hedge of yew plum pines designates the head samurai residence which stands to the right side of the Matsusaka castle remains. Kishu samurai who were dispatched to protect Matsusaka castle once dwelled here. A portion on the northwestern side is open to the public.
