We got there quite late so we only paid to visit outside of the castle. To visit the inside of the castle you have to pay an additional costs. They had a little stamp rallye there. It wasn't too...Visited March 2026 -

Caroline SMust see in Kyoto
This was absolutely amazing. Very cheap to enter and I caught the metro. The artworks and history should not be missed when you visit Kyoto. Highly recommend this.Visited August 2026
