Gozan no Okuribi in Kyoto

Description

This is a fire festival which celebrates the end of summer, and the end of Obon festivities, with massive bonfires on five mountainsides in Kyoto. The best place to see them is from the Kamogawa River, from Imimadegawa-dori Street to Kitaoji-dori Street.
