Description
This sub-temple of the famous Datokuji Temple has three Zen gardens that have a unique charm to them. The hermitage here belongs to the southern lineage of Daitokuji Temple, and the abbot’s chambers, which features late Muromachi period architecture, has been designated as an important cultural property.
